Winemaking:
Careful selection of the grapes with manual harvesting. Pressing of the whole grape. Cold decantation. Fermentation under controlled temperature.

Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional,Tinta Roriz,Touriga Franca

Tasting Notes:
Clean aroma with red and wild fruits notes. In the mouth it is balanced and soft. Very gentle in the end of the mouth.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 6ºC and 8ºC.

Food Pairing:
Goes well as starter, pastas, salads, herby Mediterranean food and Asian food.
