Product details
The harvest was carried out manually in 12 kg boxes in the early hours of the morning. The grapes followed immediately to the winery where there was a strict screening. They were then selected, destemmed and pressed gently. The fermentation was made under controlled temperature in stainless steel vats.

Tasting Notes:
It is clean and fresh on the nose with pulp fruit aromas, floral and mineral notes. The palate has a good structure and presence in the mouth, excellent acidity gives freshness and balance to the whole. The end of the mouth is long, fresh and pleasantly saline.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 11-12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Enjoy well chilled as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to fish, seafood and white meat dishes.
