Vinification was carried out using the traditional method, in clay amphorae, without temperature control. The ancestral method of making wine in amphorae was fully respected. Fermentation was carried out with yeasts indigenous to the region, without any additions or adjustments to the must. Aged for 9 months in clay amphorae.

Tasting Notes:
Ruby in colour, the nose offers notes of wild berries with a vegetal touch. On the palate, it's creamy with a saline and textured minerality. The finish is marked by great freshness.
Store and Serve Advices:
Between 14ºC and 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
Pairs well with white meat dishes and less intense cheeses.

Contains sulphites.
