Aroma with ripe citrus fruit, notes of almond and marzipan, floral in the background. Good creaminess in the mouth, medium acidity, fresh profile with some body, expressive, citrusy and very pleasant finish.

Serve at 10/12ºC.

Seafood, fatty fish, white meat and more elaborately prepared pasta.
