Grapes are harvested manually and transported in 30 Kg trays. Temperature controlled fermentation. Ageing in stainless steel vats until bottling date.

Tasting Notes:
Light golden straw colour. With tropical notes, honey and passion fruit aromas. Fresh and crisp, with a balanced acidity.

Best served at 14°C/57°F.
