Winemaking:
The grapes are cooled for 24 hours and then pressed, without destemming, in a pneumatic press to preserve the aromas. After decanting, fermentation begins at low temperature, which takes place slowly over 30 days. Aging on fine lees for 5 months.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 12ºC.

Food Pairing:
Excellent with fish dishes, shellfish and light aperitifs.
