Tasting Notes:
Very fine and expressive aroma, with notes of tea leaf, lime, chopped herb and white pepper. Great minerality, complexity and purity of fruit.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 10º and 12ºC.

Scallops, salmon, cod, chicken, turkey.
