Tasting Notes:
Delicate yet complex, with a discreet fruity character, where citrus and ripe white fruit notes stand out, very well integrated with hints of wood, creating greater complexity. In the mouth, it is vibrant and fresh, a full-bodied wine. The finish is long, leaving a lasting impression of balance and finesse.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 10-12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Especially recommended for well-seasoned and fatty fish or game dishes, but also Asian food.
