Product details
The grapes were hand picked between late August and early September. Upon arrival the cellar the grapes were chilled in cold chambers for 8 hours, pressed in a pneumatic press, followed by decanting and fermentation began in stainless steel tanks subsequently transferred to barrels. Stage in barrels of 300 liters, for 8 months. Combined stage, 50% in French oak barrels and 50% in Hungarian oak barrels. Mostly with new wood, only 20% of barrels of second use.

Tasting Notes:
It is a complex and intense wine with excellent acidity that reveals a great potential for aging.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be consumed between 10 to 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Perfectly accompanies a fat fish, dishes with expressive acidity like ceviche, or even a medium intensity meat.
