Tasting Notes:
Fresh and fruity wine with a citrus flavour and fresh fruit such as melon and pineapple. The palate is equally fresh, but also mineral and very thin, with balanced acidity. Vivid and intense fruit like the white plum and pineapple.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
