Each grape variety gives a different characteristic to this wine: freshness, fruitiness and structure. They were carefully handpicked and selected. In the winery all the processed was done in reduced processed to avoid oxidization: they were carefully crushed, pressed and fermented in very low temperatures for a long period in inox tanks.

Tasting Notes:
Very rich nose, citric notes along with a great minerality. Long mouth with a dry finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Can be served as an appetizer or paired with fish, seafood or poultry.

Contains sulphites.
