Product details

Winemaking:
Total destemming and maceration of the wort with the film for about three hours. Part of the batch was fermented in French oak and the other in stainless steel vat for about two weeks at an average temperature of 16 ° C. Decantation and stage in stainless steel vat, followed by lifting of the fine lees for two months. Slight sizing and tight filtration prior to bottling.
