Winemaking:
After de-stemming and crushing, the different varieties are vinified individually in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature, with maceration considered adequate to their characteristics. After malolactic fermentation, part of the batch aged in French oak barrels for about 20 months, and the rest in stainless steel vats.

Touriga Nacional,Alfrocheiro
Tasting Notes:
A blend of two emblematic Dão varieties, in a classic combination where Touriga Nacional reveals all its potential, with its softly floral and fruity components, and its lush and dense structure in the mouth, refreshed by the fluidity and delicacy of Alfrocheiro. A set in which the French oak wood notes where it aged are very well integrated.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Roasted cod, octopus "à lagareiro", roast beef, Alentejo pork.

Contains sulphites.
