Product details

Winemaking:
Manual harvest in boxes of 15kg. Manual selection of the grapes in mat choice. After destemming and crushing, the vinification occurred in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature, with maceration adequate to its characteristics. After malolactic fermentation, it aged for about 24 months, part in French oak barrels and part in used barrels.
