It shows pronounced intensity and complexity, with excellent evolution, revealing notes of black cherry, wild blackberry, fig, dried plum, sultana, mint, balsamic, complemented by expressions of black pepper, cloves, heather, toasted wood, dried blackberry, truffle, game and wet leaf. It shows well-defined structure and acidity with volume and a highly harmonious texture. Velvety volume, rich and very civilised tannins with a long finish that defines a highly refined wine of great refinement.

Product details

Winemaking:
Wine obtained through pre-fermentation maceration, fermentation took place over 10 days with temperature control up to 26º C, followed by post-fermentation maceration. Ageing in new French oak barrels for 24 months.

Touriga Nacional

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
