Crushing with total destemming, prolonged and smooth skin maceration, alcoholic fermentation at 26ºC. 2 months of cuvaison. Ageing during 18 months in new French oak barrels with weak toasted.

Intense garnet colour. Distinct aroma and flavour with a lot of harmony, elegance and notorious persistence, which make it distinctive to accompany sublime delicacies.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Oven-roasted fish, roasted or stewed red meats and matured cheeses.

The wines from our rarity zone are stored and air-conditioned in the most correct way so that the wine ages correctly in the bottle, but over time, the wine evolves and changes its characteristics.
We recommend that you carefully remove the cork and let the wine air for some time in order to release its natural aromas. Avoid decanting as it can be a very aggressive operation for old wines.
