A medium-bodied wine with light acidity, with an aroma of black pepper, nutmeg and rosemary. Typically used in a wine where the spice takes center stage, it provides a memorable pleasure to the drinker.
Store and Serve Advices:
Bottles laid down in a ventilated and dark place, between 12º and 13ºC and with relative humidity close to 60%.
Food Pairing:
It goes perfectly with dishes with strong aromas and flavors, such as traditional lamb, black pork and game dishes.
