The grapes after destemmed undergo a cold maceration for 3 days. It follows the alcoholic fermentation with long and gentle maceration with delestage, to extract the maximum potential of these breeds. The malolactic fermentation took place in new French oak barrels where it staged 18 months.

Tasting Notes:
Deep red colour and consistent. Intense aroma of black fruits, such as gooseberry, along with the floral, balsamic and spicy aromas typical of the wood stage. In the mouth it is full bodied with robust but polished tannins with a marked acidity and freshness where the black fruit and the chocolate stand out. It shows a full, concentrated and complex wine with great potential for aging. Balanced end of mouth, expressive, long and persistent.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16º and 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with game, roasted red meat.
