Par excellence drawn from 65% old vines and 35% Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz, the top-end of the line "SAES" fermented in stainless steel, controlled temperature, subsequently making the malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels where it remained in stage for 14 months.

Tasting Notes:
It has a ruby colour with nice intensity and a nose dominated by floral notes followed by hints of fresh fruit and a delicate touch wood smoked and spicy, the mouth the wine is balanced, fruity and medium-bodied, yet reveals much youth with tannins denoting some firmness, taste the emphasis is on ripe fruit for the spices, some barrels and delicate floral notes, the aftertaste has a length medium / long and a persistent median.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.

We recommend that you carefully remove the cork and let the wine air for some time in order to release its natural aromas. Avoid decanting as it can be a very aggressive operation for old wines.
