Product details

Winemaking:
Totally destemmed and gently crushed for traditional granite mills. During fermentation, homogenization of the grapes was carried out on foot. Malolactic fermentation took place in barrels and after this fermentation it remained in the barrels for another 18 months. After bottling, aged in bottle for 4 years.

Jaen,Rufete,Tinta Roriz,Touriga Nacional

Store and Serve Advices:
Should be stored in a dry and cool place. Serve between 15ºC-17ºC.
