This Monte das Bagas Gin was made based on the distillation of juniper, to which we added skins of pressed grapes from the Viognier variety. We wanted to design a Gin using botanicals: Juniper, Coriander, Margaça, Angelica Root, Chillies, Mint, Tangerine Peel, Oregano and Cardamom grown in Monte das Bergas in Serpa, which resulted in a spring, fresh and floral inspiration. This Gin takes us back to memories of morning walks on Monte, where expression and dialogue with nature translated by floral breezes touch our soul and refresh our senses. Inspired by Spring, providing a unique pleasure all year round.

Storage:
It should be stored upright, in a dry place with a constant temperature between 10-20º and avoiding direct light.
Perfect Serve:
In order to maintain the purity of its aromas, this gin should be served with unflavoured tonic water, ice and three juniper berries. In the end, the glass can be decorated with a grape or olive.
