The base of gin is a neutral alcohol that is then flavoured with botanicals. The combinations are endless and delight the most creative minds.
Tasting Notes:
It's a premium gin with fruity notes, made with the best spices and regional products from the Azores archipelago, subjected to 5 individual distillations. A product that aims to honour the Portuguese discoveries, especially the discovery of the Azorean archipelago.
Storage:
It should be stored upright, in a dry place with a constant temperature between 10-20º and avoiding direct light.
Perfect Serve:
This gin was developed to be drunk "neat" over a generous amount of ice or with tonic water.
