Appellation:
The base of gin is a neutral alcohol that is then flavoured with botanicals. The combinations are endless and delight the most creative minds.
Tasting Notes:
A meticulous blend of 3 artisanal distillations with different botanical groups secretly selected, including a single distillation of artemisia absinthium that gives it an original sensation of freshness. The recipe also includes snake skin (Morelia Viridis) from the Biak and Kofiau islands.
Storage:
It should be stored upright, in a dry place with a constant temperature between 10-20º and avoiding direct light.
Perfect Serve:
This gin was developed to be drunk "neat" over a generous amount of ice or with tonic water.
