Appellation:
The Ventozelo Gin is a true trip to the nature of Quinta de Ventozelo. It is the result of a research project with the Abel Salazar Institute of Biomedical Sciences and the partnership with Cantinho das Aroticos, which helped us recognize the Quinta's incredible aromas and then store them in each bottle. The final botanical blend was macerated in vinous alcohol, obtained by distilling wines from Quinta de Ventozelo. Botanics: Juniper, Lemon Thyme, Beautiful-Light Thyme, Lavender, Perpetual Purple, Coriander, Peppermint. To the characteristic aromas of the woods, the garden and orchard, is added the vinous aroma of the wine brandy that makes up this Gin, which runs throughout the race, giving it softness and persistence. A great marriage of fresh and citrus notes of lemon peel, mint, coriander leaves and lemon thyme, with the aromas of the woods, juniper, lavender, beautiful thyme and perpetual purple.

Tasting Notes:

Storage:
It should be stored upright, in a dry place with a constant temperature between 10-20º and avoiding direct light.
Perfect Serve:
In order to maintain the purity of its aromas, this gin should be served with unflavoured tonic water, ice and three juniper berries. In the end, the glass can be decorated with a grape or olive.
