Total destemmed with crushing, after careful selection of grapes. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 23 º C.

Tasting Notes:
Ruby red colour vivid and brilliant. The aroma is elegant ripe fruit with a slight touch of wood, where ripe fruit and freshness combine perfectly. In mouth, good structure, where stands out the perfect "marriage" with the wood, has a long and persistent aftertaste.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be appreciated between 16ºC e os 18ºC.

This wine is ideal with roast and grilled dishes.
