Product details
The harvest took place in the third week of September. The grapes were completely destemmed and immediately pressed. The resulting must went into a small stainless steel tank, where it decanted at a low temperature for 48 hours. The clean must began fermenting in 500-litre French oak barrels with indigenous yeasts. The wine remained in the barrels for 4 months.

Very light yellow colour, very clear, the nose is very enveloping and very appealing. Aromas of white-skinned fruit such as peach and apricot.
