Product details

Winemaking:
Harvested by hand in 20kg boxes. Whole bunch pressing and static decanting. Fermentation in 228 litre barrels for 5 months. After fermentation, it aged on its fine lees for 21 months in stainless steel before being bottled. This wine has not been stabilised or filtered, so it is liable to create a natural deposit.
