We selected the best crus from our vineyards to make Crudus. It's a very Burgundian-style wine, from a plot and a method of production that together allow us to produce a ‘guarded’ white wine with all the tension and longevity characteristic of a great white wine from the Dão region.

Product details

Winemaking:
Harvested by hand in 20kg boxes. Destemming and cold maceration, followed by pressing and static decanting. Fermentation in 500 litre stainless steel barrels for 37 days. After fermentation, it was aged on its fine lees for 21 months until bottling. This wine has not been stabilised or filtered, so it is liable to create a natural deposit.
