Winemaking:
The grapes were totally destemmed and immediately pressed. The resulting juice was cooled and decanted for 24h at low temperatures. The fermentation took place in stainless steel vats with temperature control for about 3 weeks. The wine remained only in stainless steel vats to preserve all the aromas of fresh fruit.

Grape Varieties:
Encruzado,Malvasia Fina,Bical
Tasting Notes:
Citrus colour, tropical fruit aromas and citrus fruits such as tangerine. The palate has good acidity well balanced with a dry and long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be consumed with a temperature between 8 and 10ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal accompanying all fish dishes, seafood and some lighter meat dishes.
