Product details

Winemaking:
Half-tanning fermentation, enhancing extraction. After stopping fermentation by adding wine brandy, an aging for a minimum of 7 years in cask was followed until bottling, which is only done by market request.

Viosinho,Gouveio,Rabigato,Malvasia Fina

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve slightly chilled , between 12 and 13ºC, in an appropriate glass.

Excellent as an aperitif, accompanied by "foie gras", desserts like crème brûlée, apple or almond tart.
