Winemaking:
Selection of cut grapes and transported in boxes directly to the winery. Winemaking with crushing and stalk removal. Fermentation in controlled temperate on an open mill.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16-18°C.

Food Pairing:
Enjoy with roasted, slightly caramelized red meat or game with black fruit jelly. Match also with a powerful Portuguese cheese from “Azeitão” or a traditional “Roquefort”.

Aroma with good density, ripe fruit here combined with floral notes and dry vegetable, all with good impact. Good volume of mouth, here with fine tannins and proper acidity to a greedy, full of red fruit.
