Product details
Crushing of the grapes with partial destemming, followed by a soft pressing in automatic press. The must was clarified by the action of gravity and decanted. Fermentation with selected yeasts occurred part in a French oak barrel at a temperature of 18-24 ° C and other part in a stainless steel vat at a controlled temperature of 16-18 ° C. Staging 'sur lies' for 5 months in order to confer resistance of the wine to the oxidation and give it complexity.

Tasting Notes:
Pale straw colour wine with limpid appearance. In the aroma is very evident the floral notes and of the citrus fruits, as well as the buttery conferred by the wood, which will integrate perfectly with a few more months in the bottle. In the mouth it is very fresh, not being noticed the high content of alcohol, and with a good structure which gives it a good potential of aging.
