very fine and fragrant wine, with a light garnet color, completely unique among the region's reds. On the nose it reveals its aromatic finesse, full of aromas of fresh red fruits, combining raspberry, blackberry and currant, with balsamic notes typical of the variety. In the mouth, it is a complex wine, with a delicate but elegant structure, with notes of red fruits and spices. In the aftertaste, it combines an extraordinary balance between freshness, elegance and depth. An exceptional example of the variety that belies first visual impressions.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Bottles should be stored horizontally in a clean, airy place protected from light and with normal conditions of mild temperature and constant humidity.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with various red meat dishes, cold cuts and cured or semi-cured cheeses.
