The grapes are harvested by hand into small boxes. After decanting, the must is fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature, with the wine remaining on the fine lees with stirring (batonnage) until it is ready for bottling.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store in a horizontal position at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 10-12°C.
