Winemaking:
The grapes ferment in contact with the skins, seeds and remaining vegetable parts, through the action of wild yeasts, over the course of 15 days. Hence the golden colour it presents. The process allows pigments and tannins to be extracted from the grapes, resulting in a wine with a more intense colour and greater aging potential.
