Winemaking:
Manual harvest with optimum maturation criterion in which the bunches are carefully selected. Skin maceration and alcoholic fermentation with temperature control in stainless steel vats. Post-fermentative maceration followed by malolactic fermentation. Ageing for 12 months in French oak barrels and 6 months in bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Clean and bright with intense ruby colour. Excellent aromatic complexity in which the wild fruits of the Douro are mixed with the "Esteva" in harmony with notes of toast and chocolate. Structured and dense but elegant, making the set very pleasant, with ripe tannins and a velvety finish, exuberant and with excellent persistence.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Good with all meat dishes, game and cheeses.
