Grapes from non-irrigated vineyards in the Douro Superior, grown in organic production. The vineyards are planted exclusively with grape varieties perfectly adapted to the region's climate and soils, allowing sustainable viticulture, with minimal intervention and in balance with the region's ecosystem. 100% manual harvesting, into small perforated boxes. Reception, stemming and crushing. Cold maceration for 48h. Alcoholic fermentation for 3 weeks. Aged in bottle for 9 months.

Tasting Notes:
Great aromatic purity, intense and very fresh, with notes of violets and wild fruits, characteristic of the grape varieties that give it origin. In the mouth you feel the aroma notes in an intense, elegant and long set.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Fantastic with Iberian smoked ham, roasts, game, smoked meats and other typically Mediterranean and intense dark meat dishes. Excellent with cured goat cheeses.
