This wine is the result of a rigorous selection of our best Arinto grapes and the result of a perfect harmony between modern techniques and tradition. Harvesting is done manually in small boxes. Vinification is carried out by pressing the grapes at low pressure, followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats, at controlled temperatures. Before bottling, the wine is carefully filtered and stabilized by the action of cold.

It is a wine-coloured citrus, a fruity aroma and complex flavour with engaging and persistent.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be served at a temperature between 8 and 10 º C.
Food Pairing:
It is an excellent wine to accompany a meal of fish or seafood, white meats, pastas and risottos.
