Made from a careful selection of Alvarinho grapes, this is a wine with a rich and complex aroma, highlighting the aromas of white fruit with nuances of dried fruit, perfectly harmonised with vanilla notes, resulting from fermentation and ageing in French oak barrels, which also gives it a special creaminess.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 10-12 ºC.
Food Pairing:
Perfect for pairing with not very elaborate meats, fish and shellfish.
