After gentle pressing and cold decantation, fermentation takes place in stainless steel between 14 and 16ºC.

Tasting Notes:
It has a light citrus color, slightly carbonated to enhance all its freshness and vivacity. On the nose, its youthful and fruity character stands out with notes of citrus and tropical fruits. On the palate, a lively and balanced acidity with some complexity is confirmed.
Store and Serve Advices:
We recommend serving between 8 and 10ºC.
Food Pairing:
It is an ideal white to accompany all types of fish, seafood or white meat.
