This Camaleão Sauvignon Blanc was made from grapes from a vineyard in northern Portugal that is strongly influenced by the Atlantic sea winds. The intervention in the winemaking process was as minimal as possible to reflect the authenticity and intensity of the grape variety used.

Tasting Notes:
Clear appearance, citrus yellow colour. Intense aroma, tropical fruits with some vegetal nuances characteristic of the variety. Mouth with good volume, fresh with good acidity and a pleasant finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 8º and 11º C. Store the bottle in a horizontal position, in a cool, dry and dark place.
Food Pairing:
Ideal to accompany all fish and seafood dishes and some lighter meat dishes.
