Product details
Winemaking:
The grapes were harvested by hand and transported to the winery in 20kg boxes. After pre-maceration on the skins, the grapes were pressed and fermented in 600-litre barrels and cement vats with the fine lees. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine underwent malolactic fermentation and was aged in the same barrels and cement vats with the fine lees, using batonnage.
Grape Varieties:
Trajadura
Tasting Notes:
Intense citrus colour with a golden background, lively and crystalline. We chose the Trajadura grape variety because it's not too acidic or aggressive. It has an aromatic base of fruit such as apple, pear and peach. The palate is soft, full, with great balance, round and ripe. At the end it leaves a great freshness in the mouth.
