Product details
The grapes were harvested by hand and transported to the winery in small boxes. The wine was obtained by pressing the whole grapes without stems, followed by cold clarification and slow fermentation at a controlled temperature. After fermentation, the wine was aged in stainless steel tanks for six months.

Tasting Notes:
Citrine colour with golden reflections, characteristic of the grape variety. Floral aromas of orange blossom and jasmine, and citrus notes of grapefruit, create an elegant and delicate combination. On the palate, it has a consistent texture, with saline notes and good acidity, giving it a vibrant freshness. This wine should be consumed within eight years.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serving temperature between 10º and 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an appetizer.
