Product details

Winemaking:
The grapes were hand-picked into small boxes and quickly transported to the winery in a refrigerated environment. The whole destemmed grapes were pressed, followed by cold decanting for 48-72 hours. Long fermentation at low temperatures between 14 and 18ºC. Ageing on fine lees with regular bâtonnage. Manual harvest, fermentation in stainless steel vats, ageing in stainless steel vats.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C away from direct light. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.

Food Pairing:
Ideal as an accompaniment to fish and seafood dishes. It should be served at 11-13°C.
