Winemaking:
Pressing and finishing fermentation in used barrels. Aging for 9 months in used barrels with bâtonnage and 6 months in bottle before going out to the market.

Strong yellow colour citrus. Intense fruit aromas with floral nuances. Soft, full-bodied and very persistent. Reveals aftertaste own Alvarinho with strong notes of citrus.

It must be drunk very cold at a temperature of 6 to 8ºC.
