The harvest took place under ideal atmospheric conditions in the first week of September. The grapes were duly selected and the fermentation process, with temperature control, took place over 20 days in skin maceration and subject to total fermentation. This was followed by aging in used French oak barrels for 18 months.

Tasting Notes:
Amber yellow color. Concentrated aroma of ripe white fruit and peach, with elegant notes of bay leaf and ginger wrapped in balsamic notes. In the mouth it is enveloping with lots of texture and marked salinity, ending with a delicate, long and extremely complex finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Bottles should be stored lying down, with the wine in contact with the cork, in a cool place. This wine should be consumed at a temperature of 10-12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Wine with great gastronomic potential and a wide range of pairings for structured dishes, or cheeses and sausages subject to long curing.
