The vinification of this Rosé takes a meticulous approach, starting with the pressing of whole bunches, a technique that aims to preserve the integrity of the fruit and gently extract the juices with the desired characteristics. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation takes place in used barrels, a choice that allows the wine to develop complexity and subtle nuances without the dominant influence of new wood, while maintaining the freshness and varietal expression of Baga.
