Destemming and crushing. 12 hours of pre-fermentative maceration at 34ºC to take advantage of natural endogenous enzymes. Spontaneous fermentation for a minimum period of 15 days at 22º-24ºC. Aging for 12 months in new French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Ruby color with a closed black interior with intense hints of purple on the halo. Notes of vanilla and wildflowers, tulips, blue fruit such as blueberries, ending with aromas of cocoa, a wine of generous complexity and unparalleled potential. Tremendous wine with fierce but very mature tannins, alcohol in perfect symbiosis with the freshness transmitted by acidity, the finish is stunning.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Pairs well with rack of lamb, sirloin steak, lafões veal.
