Fermented in self-fermenting vats with tanning and temperature control between 22ºC and 25ºC. Three-month aging in stainless steel vats before bottling.

Touriga Nacional,Touriga Franca,Tinta Barroca,Tinta Roriz
Tasting Notes:
Clear, garnet colour and fresh aroma of red fruits. In the mouth it has a young, full-bodied flavour and balanced acidity. Made with consumers in mind who do not give up their glass at meals but do not have time for great tastings.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 18ºC to 20ºC.
Food Pairing:
Perfect to pair with roasted or stewed meat dishes, pasta, soft cheeses and meat salads.
