The grapes, which come from a plot that is around 18 years old, arrive at the winery in 20kg boxes, harvested manually and placed in lagares with around 45% stems. It is in the mills that alcoholic fermentation takes place with gentle maceration, for around 20 days, where it is subsequently removed into used 225 liter French oak barrels. Aged for around 20 months on fine lees.

Tasting Notes:
Ruby colour. Medium intensity, light vanilla, white pepper, blackcurrant and blackberry. In the mouth is dry, rough tannin, medium intensity, light vanilla. This variety is known for producing less concentrated but more fragrant wines with a high acidity, medium body.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
